This event has been inspired by talented young musicians from the local area who are enthusiastic about performing and making a positive impact on the world.

Arranged by local volunteers, Music at the Manor will provide an enjoyable afternoon filled with entertainment, showcasing the musical abilities of young individuals, all while raising funds for Nicodemus Charity.

We warmly invite you to join us for a delightful summer afternoon of live music and pleasant company. Bring along a picnic, chairs, and even gazebos if you wish. And, most importantly, bring your friends along too!

Musicians

Formerly known as Whiplash, these boys are a familiar sound to the village of Oxhill having played in front of 350 local revellers for the 2022 Jubilee, since then performing regularly at The Peacock and headlining last year at the first Music at the Manor event!

They celebrated a sell-out gig in Warwick last year and since then have released 2 of their own songs available to hear on all digital platforms, the first of which achieved over 3,000 streams on Spotify alone within just a few days. The album is due to be release by the end of 2024 as well as playing at this years Shipston Prom Introducing. The boys are going from strength to strength.

Their music will once again delight and entertain, a mix of well-known covers from popular artists spanning the last 40 years as well as their own indie rock style songs written and produced by the band themselves.

Freddie Charles

Hi my names Freddie Charles, I'm 16 years old, I’ve just finished my GCSEs at Kineton high and I’m hoping to go to Stratford Music college in September. I play piano and sing, and have recently started teaching myself the guitar which I’m loving!

I play covers, favourite songs or songs where the music itself interests me. My tastes are extremely diverse loving music from Tears for Fears to the Prodigy, Amy Winehouse to Del la Soul, The libertines to Elton. If I like it I like it! I’ve been playing for around 10 years now.
